🌿 Movement | Ritual | Integration
A sacred space for reconnecting with your body, spirit, & truth.

Some of the darkest moments of my life came when I stopped feeling.

I numbed.
I avoided.
I disconnected.

And when you stop feeling…
you slowly stop living.

My recovery began the moment I started to feel again.

Through breathwork.
Through yoga.
Through sound healing.
Through massage.
Through stillness.
Through connection.

These practices didn’t just help me heal —
they helped me come back to myself.

That’s why Feel It isn’t just clothing.
It’s a message.
It’s a movement.
It’s a reminder.

To feel your emotions.
To feel your body.
To feel your life.

Because feeling isn’t weakness —
it’s where healing begins.

This project is also deeply personal.

After everything I’ve been through — addiction, breakdown, recovery, rebuilding —
giving back feels like the most important step forward.

That’s why 100% of profits from Feel It go to charity.
This is a karma project.
A way to turn pain into purpose.
A way to support others who may be struggling silently.

While I continue training in massage, breathwork, sound healing and creating spaces for healing…
Feel It becomes another pathway.

Not just for me —
but for anyone who needs a reminder:

You don’t need to numb.
You don’t need to hide.
You don’t need to carry it alone.

Feel it.
Heal it.
Grow through it.

This is more than clothing.
This is giving back.
This is purpose.
This is Feel It.

🐸 Healing in community

Shared strength.

Shared courage.

Shared growth.

šŸ¤ Together we rise.

Healing is not a solitary journey. It's a collective awakening, a sacred remembering that we are fundamentally interconnected.

What community truly offers:
- Transforms individual wounds into collective resilience
- Amplifies our capacity for healing
- Creates a living, breathing support system
- Reminds us we are never truly alone

In this circle, your vulnerability becomes our collective power. Your healing ripples through the entire web of consciousness.

šŸ’« I want to share something personal with you about how sound healing found me...

A few years ago, I was carrying so much—stress, unprocessed emotions, the weight of trying to figure out my path. I felt disconnected from my body, like I was living from the neck up, always thinking, never truly feeling.

Then I experienced my first sound bath. As the singing bowls began to sing, something inside me just... broke open. Not in a painful way, but like a dam releasing water that had been held back for too long. I cried tears I didn't even know were there. My body started shaking, releasing tension I'd been carrying for years.

In that moment, I realized my body had been trying to heal all along—I just hadn't been listening.

**What Sound Taught Me:**
The healing isn't in the bowls or the gongs. It's already inside you. Sound just gives your body permission to remember what it already knows how to do. It creates a safe space for your nervous system to finally let go.

**My Takeaway for You:**
Your body is not broken. It's not too sensitive or too much. It's wise, and it's been waiting patiently for you to trust its process. Sometimes we need to feel our way back to wholeness, not think our way there.

This is why I'm dedicating my life to this work. Not because I have all the answers, but because I've experienced firsthand how powerful it is to trust your body's innate wisdom.

What's your body been trying to tell you? šŸ¤
