さてRAJYOGALAYAでは久しぶりにインド・リシケシでインテンシブコースを開催します。
このインテンシブコースでは、アーサナの練習、マントラチャンティング、ヨガ哲学を集中的に学びます。
身体的にも精神的にもチャレンジすることを目的とし、その経験は人生を変容させるかもしれません。
プログラムはヨガ発祥の地リシケシで行います。ヒマラヤ山脈の澄みきった美しさとポジティブなエネルギーに包まれています。
