Finished my run and did my yoga on the beach.
Perfect. Just had a real long breakfast watching and listening to the sea. Magical ✨

2.5 months of training and study, 6 days per week from 6am to 6pm, with little respite in between. 😮💨
Exams and practicals are done, and I can finally say I’ve passed and completed my teacher training in and . Yay!!!
What a journey. Challenging at times, with moments of doubt and feeling overwhelmed, but I’ve learnt so much.
Through the practice, I’ve also been able to see just how much my mind was running the show without me realising. That shift alone has been huge. And on top of that, building strength in my body through daily practice has been a very welcome byproduct.
Thank you very much to my teachers at for your knowledge, guidance, and support.
I started with very limited knowledge in comparison, and have left with so much more. And I’m super excited to bring this back into my community moving forward.
A special thank you also goes out to my extended family in India for going over and above to look after me and make me feel so welcome ❤️
