IIM Rohtak is pleased to announce the release of its Final Placement Report for the PGP 15 batch (2024-2026), reflecting another year of strong industry partnerships and diverse career opportunities for its students.
The placement season witnessed over 200 participating recruiters, including prominent organizations such as Amazon, Barclays, Blackrock, Bloomberg, Fed-Ex, Morgan Stanley, SAP, and Wells Fargo, with students securing roles across Consulting, BFSI, FMCG, IT, Manufacturing, and other key sectors. The report highlights a highest CTC of ₹37.10 LPA, an average CTC of ₹20.03 LPA, underscoring the institute’s continued commitment to academic excellence and industry readiness.
IIM Rohtak extends its sincere gratitude to all recruiting organizations for their continued trust and partnership. The institute also acknowledges the dedicated efforts of the Placement Committee, whose commitment and perseverance played a pivotal role in the successful completion of the placement process.

IIM Rohtak celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga, with students, faculty, and staff coming together in observance of wellness, mindfulness, and holistic development.
The day began with the live telecast of the Hon'ble Prime Minister's address, followed by remarks from Director Prof. Dheeraj Sharma on this year's theme, "Yoga for Healthy Ageing."
IIM Rohtak remains the only IIM where yoga is a mandatory part of the undergraduate curriculum, reflecting the institute's deep-rooted commitment to holistic development.
The session concluded with a guided practice of asanas and breathing exercises, with enthusiastic participation from the entire campus community.
Episode 10 of IIM Unplugged continues to capture the voices of the IIM Rohtak community, as the PGP 16 batch welcomes the newest members of the institute.
