It's possible that some folks need a gentle nudge to ignite the flame within themselves, empowering them to conquer the challenges of stress, anxiety, and obstacles. These individuals might be your friends or complete strangers who could benefit from your support. And now, an opportunity has presented itself for you to lend a helping hand and invest your time and energy into improving others' well-being as the Wellness Centre goes recruiting!

You've been through a lot, right? Preparing meticulously for an exam like JEE and smashing it must have been quite the mental effort, eh? After coming to IITR, many of you might be homesick.
Yeah, we know that feeling too. Facing stress and homesickness is not unusual while being in such a competitive environment IITR provides.

𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 is a group of like-minded individuals who aim to spread awareness about mental health and related issues on our campus and elsewhere.

Nowadays, keeping a check on physical health is relatively easy, but we can't quite say the same about our mental health. We aspire to make it easier for you to share your issues and experiences and get appropriate help. We host several events, seminars and workshops on various issues like emotional health, mental health, stress, anxiety and other related domains throughout the year.

Nevertheless, that's not all what we are and what we do. So to know more about us, here is an 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲, 𝗜𝗜𝗧 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗲, "𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀".
