1. Finalisation of individual contribution for 3rd Alumini Function.
2. Individual kit for 3rd Alumini Function
3. Restructure of Batchwise Coordinator and core committee memebers.
4. Preparing a Budget for 3rd alumni function.
5. Any other ponit with permission of chair.

This is for kind information for all registered members that following decision has been taken in the Executive Body meeting held on 27th Oct 2024.

That *" *UGIE ALUMNI ANNUAL FUNCTION"* will be held on *"9th Feb 2025 (SUNDAY)"** from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm

In no case the date will be changed whatsoever it may be. We will proceed with whoever is available as Chief Guest.

Hence all are requested to book their tickets in advance.

Those who have not registered themselves in Alumni Association, are requested to register immediately.

All other details e.g. subscription etc will be shared in due course of time.

**Appeal for Blood Donation on the Eve of Foundation Day of UGIE**

Dear UGIE Family,

As we approach the 62nd Foundation Day of UGIE, we are reminded of the values of compassion, service, and community that this institution has upheld for generations. In the spirit of giving back to the society that has nurtured us, we appeal to all students, faculty, alumni, and staff to come forward and donate blood.

Blood donation is a simple act with profound impact—it can save lives, bring hope to families, and strengthen the bonds within our community. Your contribution can make a difference, especially at a time when the demand for blood is critical.

Let us honor the legacy of UGIE by uniting for this noble cause. Your participation will not only celebrate our Foundation Day but also embody the ethos of service and solidarity that our institution stands for.

Join us in making a meaningful difference. Donate blood and be a part of something bigger than ourselves. Our aim is to collect atleast 62 units of blood.
