Women's empowerment is defined in several ways, including accepting women's viewpoints, making an effort to seek them and raising the status of women through education, awareness, literacy, and training. Nowadays, in this scenario, stress and anxiety affect women’s physical and mental health. Some awareness programs for girls will help us in balancing a number of things simultaneously and to boost themselves for facing challenges. Therefore in this regard, a talk is being organized on 16th April, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. in the meeting room of 1st floor, CVR hall of residence on the topic “Qualities in Women for peaceful mind” by Ms. Shyamala, Student counselor, Academy for Holistic Living forum and Program Manager in Cognizant Technology solutions and also leading the Solution design teams in Canada, US and Abu Dhabi. It will be a very nice and comfortable platform for girls to talk about their issues with a female counsellor for enhancing the qualities within us.
