Humanities and Social Sciences - IIT Ropar

We are delighted to share that our PhD scholar, Surabhi Chakrabarty, has received the First Best Paper Award in the field of General Management and Strategy at the Management and Doctoral Researchers' Colloquium MDRC 2025, organized by IIFT Kolkata from December 10 to 12, 2025.

Her paper, “ESG Dimensions and Bank Performance: A Systematic Literature Review”, marks the scholar’s first presentation at a national forum and reflects the Department’s commitment to impactful research in sustainability and management studies.

We congratulate Surabhi for her achievement.
