IIT Ropar Celebrates the 12th International Day of Yoga

At IIT Ropar, we believe a sharp mind is built on a healthy body. This International Day of Yoga, our campus came alive as faculty, staff, and students rolled out their mats and embraced the timeless wisdom of yoga together.

This year marks the 12th edition of the International Day of Yoga, observed under the theme “Yoga for Healthy Ageing”, a reminder that the practice of yoga holds value at every stage of life.

IDY 2026 promotes the vision of “Yoga 365”, encouraging everyone to adopt yoga not as an annual ritual, but as a daily practice for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
