Rajnish Kumar is an experienced engineering and business leader, serving as the Managing Director of Rockpecker Limited (UK). With a Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Diploma in Production Engineering, he has led Rockpecker through 13 years of growth and innovation. His expertise in drilling technologies, manufacturing processes, and strategic business management has positioned Rockpecker as a key player in the industry.

Kartik Dhawan serves as the Director at Rockpecker (UK), Technical Director at Industrial Flooring by Rockpecker (Ecotile, India), and Director at Econ Metallic (India) Pvt. Ltd. A graduate of Imperial College London with first-class honors in Mechanical Engineering, he has expertise in structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations. With a business presence spanning India, the UK, Australia, and Canada, Kartik is a leader in industrial innovation, strategic growth, and global entrepreneurship.

Tushar Dhawan is the Sales Director at Ecotile Flooring India (a Rockpecker Alliance) and Director of Business Development at Rockpecker Limited (UK). An alumnus of the University of Nottingham, he was part of the Formula Student team, specializing in impact attenuator design and testing. With expertise in manufacturing, marketing, and product development, Tushar has a proven track record in business development and strategic expansion, driving industrial solutions both in India and globally.
