Urgent Requirement for Qatar

Project Mandatory Requirements:
• Oil & Gas In-Service Experience: Mandatory
• Educational Qualification: Degree or diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering only
• Certification Requirement: Initial API certification obtained not less than five (5) years ago – mandatory
• Mobilization: Immediate availability required

Position – Plant QA/QC Inspector
Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in mechanical engineering or Equivalent
Years of Exp –8 to 12+ Years
Technical Qualification: CSWIP 3.2.2 Senior Welding Inspector or AWS-SCWI certification.
Professional certification as NDT Level-II in PT, MT, UT & RT Interpretation certified in accordance with SNT-TC-1A/CP 189 or other equivalent such as PCN/ISNT.
Certification in BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 1/2 or NACE Level-1/2 will be viewed favorably.
Duration: Long Term
Location - Qatar

Roles & Responsibilities:
• The Personnel should be in the age group of 30-55 and experienced in Inspection, Testing, repair of Pressure Vessels and Piping, Steel structures, Valves, at fabrication shop and construction sites, preferably worked for an Operating COMPANY or for Oil & Gas projects.
• Shall have minimum 8 years For Degree Holders or 12 years for Diploma Holders of experience out of which at least 5 years of experience as QA/QC Inspector preferably in an operating COMPANY after attaining CSWIP 3.1/AWS-CWI certification.
• He shall have a good knowledge of International Codes, Standards and Specifications on materials, welding, fabrication, inspection and testing.
• Able to interpret applicable Isometric drawings, P&ID’s, Material standards, specification, technical data sheets, project specifications and P.O. requirements etc. to evaluate the acceptance of jobs or supplied materials.
• Shall be conversant with various NDT techniques such as RT, UT, MT and PT and shall be able to interpret radiographs of welds.
• Shall be a good communicator, with excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Should be able to prepare inspection reports, and work with computer applications like MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook (for email).

Position – QAQC Inspector
Qualification – BE / Diploma
Technical Qualification - CSWIP 3.1 / NACE Level 2 and ASNT NDT Level II (RT, MPI, DPT)
Years of Exp – 8+ Years
Duration: Long Term
Location – Pune India

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support multiple key projects as Emerson’s Quality Representative for Hydrocarbon Metering Systems
• Identify and define project-specific quality requirements
• Prepare and deliver Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Painting Specifications in line with project specifications and proposals
• Communicate quality requirements effectively to suppliers and stakeholders
• Review supplier procedures (WPS/PQR, hydro testing, painting procedures, etc.) for compliance with project requirements
• Manage and coordinate inspections for buyouts, fabrication (inward), in-process, and final stages
• Track Notices of Inspection (NOI) and ensure timely inspections
• Review and endorse inspection reports and documentation
• Issue Inspection Release Notes (IRN) for buyouts
• Visit suppliers in Pune and support activities related to mechanical completion of systems
• Proven experience in QA/QC within Oil & Gas industry, Skid (Piping and Structure) fabrication and buyouts like Valves, Flanges, Pipes, Fittings etc.
• Strong knowledge of inspection processes, welding standards, and coating/painting requirements
• Familiarity with project QA documentation, metering system components, and supplier quality management
• Preferred experience working with EPC projects or similar environments is desirable
