At the core of everything we do, is our love for the hills. So you'll find some Timmur (Himalayan Sichuan pepper) we picked from Uttarakhand or smoked chillies & ginger we scored from Manipur or other hill ingredients bringing the flavours together in these little jars.
We are falling more and more in love with fermentation. Being cooks, we always need to have control in the kitchen. But fermentation is kind of an antithesis where we learn to create in synch with nature, accepting all her uncertainties and giving in to the magic. The only rule being to come up with something that tastes good, and is super good for your gut.
These fermented goodies apart from their healthy dose of probiotics help you get more from each ingredient by making nutrients more bio available and creating a host of healthy enzymes. For deets or questions DM us! 🙏🏽

Get your jar of our hand made Bhang/Hemp seed chutneys and Rajma Hummus. We're spending this week toasting seeds, chillies, bhang and making chutneys. 🍋🍋
The sweet and sour bhang chutneys from this batch will have two variants - one with the Galgal/Hill lemon pulp we've preserved for a few months. And the other with the green mango or kairi in season right now. All organic and healthy ingredients in our dips. A jar would last you 7-10 days in the fridge. ☘️
We've also brought two Munsyari rajma batches back this year. The creamiest rajma you can get! Our hummus is made with this and perilla/wild sesame. Full of protein and antioxidants from the beans and perilla, this is perfect as a dip for anything from carrot and celery sticks to pita bread or chips. 💫
