What makes Krumb Kraft so special?
First things first: these guys are artisans. They specialize in artisanal sourdough breads, and they don't use any preservatives, chemicals, or commercial yeast . Everything is made with just flour, water, and salt, fermented naturally over 24 hours . This slow process gives the bread that signature tangy flavor and the perfect crusty-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside texture that sourdough fans (like me) dream about.
