Guys, this is an acknowledgement of our friend Krishna as an interior designer. As you all know he did the interiors of my house 3 years back and would like to share few thoughts about him and his work.

I would like to tell all of you that he actually did a fantastic job given the financial constraints I put on him as well as the constant challenges he faced coordinating with labour of different teams (like electrician, polish, plumber, carpenter etc.). His design philosophy is simple and elegant and delivers exactly as promised in the design drawings. I also remember that he spent my money like his own, very prudently without splurging on unwanted items.

Now why I am acknowledging this after 3 years is that he had recently visited my house and noticed that there was a water leak under the sink in my kitchen. I have had few plumbers come in and fix this leak on my own but they weren't able to do it, where as Krishna observed the area around the sink did a root cause analysis and gave a solution that seems permanent. He did all of this on his own without follow up from my side. I saw first hand how he analysed the area and gave the solution and as he was working I was also thinking of all the things he told me during the work he was performing in my house. Most of the designs he proposed and executed at that time makes sense today and I say that after living in my house for 3 years.

All in all, it's a little too late probably but would like to acknowledge his good work and thank him for all the help he has provided in the last 3 years.
