Our Story

Endeavour Trust is a non-profit with a central goal of children’s literacy, empowering girls and young women, improving public healthcare and hygiene, old age home support for the elderly and senior citizen.( Endeavour Trust is registered under trust act reg.no.-107/17/vol IV 80G & 12A Tax Exempt Non – profit organisation)

Endeavour Trust seeks to transform the lives of millions of children, women and elderly citizens in low-income countries by focusing on literacy, women empowerment, public healthcare and old age homes. Working in collaboration with local communities, partner organizations, and governments, we develop a conducive ecosystem for the underprivileged and homeless citizens on the planet, and make the world a better place to live.

Vision: We envision the world in which every underprivileged and homeless citizen is worthy to create an impact on this planet. A planet where all citizens are powerful and contribute to change in positive ways.

Mission: Endeavour is on the mission of creating a planet where everyone is treated equally irrespective of their social status, colour, caste, creed; but on the basis of literacy, healthcare, hygiene, gender equality, and care giving.

SUSTAINABILITY AND PRUDENCE: We believe in using natural, human and intellectual resources, as well as material and financial assets with sustainability and prudence, considering the needs of both present and future generations. Our capacity as both applicant and donor complies with generally accepted funding principles, uses only justified and transparent budgets and avoids duplication in funding.

2. TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY: We are open to new ideas and different opinions, as well as cooperation in achieving common goals. Information regarding the mission, membership, activities, and funding of endeavour trust are public and understandable. Endeavour considers important readiness to account for its activities, achieved through professional management, internal accountability and pursuing generally accepted accounting principles.

3. GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP: Endeavour is guided by its statutes, internal documents, and operating standards. Our leadership team encompasses strategic direction, plans and policies, effective oversight, regulation, motivation, and partnerships that integrate all building blocks required to achieve a bulletproof ecosystem.
