We've been a 100% cloud-based bakery since our start back in 2014. So it's not everyday that we get to meet the people we've had the opportunity to delight. Today, at our Sunday food fair, our Baker-Artist got to meet Ritika. One of our first subscribers, someone who's been extremely generous with her ideas to help fine-tune our cake-and-cookie Subscription Program. And someone we got to know because a mutual friend told her about Cakes With Purpose 😀

This is one of the reasons why we made the hard call to completely switch over to millets for all our bakes 2 years back - and even though baking with millets takes twice as much effort. Great to see a formal study around the benefits of the same 🙏

As promised, we are now ready with 's newest product line-up : Say hello to Cookie-shorts 👋

We have reimagined everything about the traditional cookies to make them a perfect anytime, guilt-free snack that you can 'mindlessly' grab out of the bag - to take care of those mid day/night hunger pangs or any major cravings🍿

These are the result of 3 months of experimentation which has given us 2 highly-addictive sweet cookies & 2 chai-time favourite masala cookies 🤤👇

4️⃣ Ragi Jeera masala

And oh yes, all these cookies are 100% eggless & gluten-free (no maida or wheat flour used) while also being free from any preservatives, white sugar or nasty chemicals. Made for a family, by a mother 👩‍🍳

Starting this week we will start sending samples of all the 4 cookies to get some more feedback before we put them on our store for everyone to order.
