With the participation of 17 teams (7 Women’s teams & 10 Under-13 Boys teams), the leagues became a memorable celebration of grassroots football.

The Pynnoh Riwar Sports Academy Women’s Football League 2026 was successfully concluded today at Mawendeng Playground, Nongnah, with Rangthong CC&SA crowned Champions after defeating NNS&CC by 1-0 in a thrilling final match. The winning goal was scored by Wanrahjingkmen Khardewsaw.

🏆 Individual & Team Award Winners:

1. Most Promising Player – Rosimerry Sohlang of Photjaud Rangthong SC
2. Best Goalkeeper – Gracefully Lyngkhoi of Nongktieh United SC
3. Top Goal Scorer – Wanrahjingkmen Khardewsaw of Rangthong CC&SA (6 Goals)
4. Best Player – Eightfulness Shangdiar of Rangthong CC&SA
5. Best Discipline Team – Domsohkhai S&CC

Throwback to our early years in 2018 — when Pynnoh Riwar Sports Academy (then known as Pynnoh Riwar Football Club) won the Block Level Under-12 Football Tournament organised by the Office of the District Sports Officer, South West Khasi Hills District. 🏆⚽

That unforgettable journey was where most of us first fell in love with football. With big dreams and endless passion, we grew together through the beautiful game — building friendships, discipline, unity, and determination along the way..

Today, we proudly continue that legacy by nurturing and training the younger generation, inspiring future footballers, and keeping the spirit of football alive in our community. ❤️⚽
