For Dough:
Maida (all-purpose flour) – 2 cups

Water – as needed
For Filling (Veg):
Finely chopped cabbage – 1 cup
Finely chopped carrot – ½ cup
Onion – 1 small (optional)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tsp
(For chicken momos, replace veggies with minced chicken)
