We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of Northeast’s largest decorative lighting showroom in Guwahati—a stunning 3-storey building showroom, 7500+ sq. ft. space dedicated to lighting and decor. This flagship store will serve clients from all over the North-East, showcasing the very best in lighting design. As we prepare for this grand opening, we are hiring Interior Designers to join our team as Lighting Decor Consultants and Showroom Managers, where they’ll play a key role in client engagement, offering expert advice, and managing the showroom experience.

Job Description
As a member of our Interior Design team, you’ll collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to craft personalized lighting solutions that elevate every space. You’ll be responsible for understanding clients’ needs, recommending products, and making design suggestions that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. You’ll also connect with local design professionals, educate clients on lighting options, and contribute to creating a vibrant community of lighting and decor enthusiasts.

On-Job Training
Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month on-job training either at Siliguri or Mumbai location, where you’ll learn our design process, products, and brand standards.

Requirements

Experience: 2-3 years in interior design, with a solid portfolio.
Skills: Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Communication: Strong verbal and visual skills to convey design concepts effectively.
Salary Range
💰 2 LPA - 7 LPA depending on experience and skills.
