Homestays, an authentic local space

Homestays are the currency for experiential tourism, where the host shares the most secured and happy space with the guest. The Homestay is the centre for understanding authentic local culture of any destination and getting information on the backyard biodiversity. This cannot be compared with any hotel or resort or B&B unit, as the host in homestays share the private family space with the host as a part of the family. We at Help Tourism try and choose the best hosts for our guests and not depend on the facilities, but atleast confirm the minimum comfort of western toilets, balance between traditional local and conventional tourist food, cozy clean linens and some privacy.

Most of our Homestay owners become rural community leaders and the guest can easily be a part of the local developmental process. A longer stay gives access to the social, educational, health related issues, environmental issues and so on for a guest to immerse.
