ICED TEA CONCENTRATE | आइस टी कंसंट्रेट | SUMMER COOLERS | EASY RECIPE | SUGARBOO

Preparation time :- 10-15 minutes
Cooking time :- 10-15 minutes
Serves :- 6-8 persons

Ingredients:-
Water:-1 litre
Peppercorn:-6-7
Mint stems:-4-5
Fennel seeds:-1 tbsp
Black tea:-3 tbsp
Sugar:-7-8 tbsp

Procedure:-
In a saucepan,add water,black peppercorn,fennel seeds,tender mint stems,pinch of black salt,add tea leaves when water is on simmer and boil it for a minute. Add sugar and get a two quick boil. Strain it with a strainer into another bowl and cool it down to room temperature. Store it and make different type of iced tea.
