16 Years of Sludge Amberpora Tarzoo Residents Demand End to Decades of Road Neglect.

Residents of Amberpora Tarzoo in Sopore are expressing deep resentment over the dilapidated condition of their main link road which has remained a muddy unpaved stretch for more than 16 years. This deteriorating path has become a major hurdle for daily life forcing students to navigate thick sludge on their way to school and making it nearly impossible for employees and elderly worshippers to reach the local Masjid without ruining their clothes. Despite nearly two decades of persistent pleas and recent protests the community continues to face administrative neglect and they are now demanding an immediate response and the long overdue macadamization of the road to finally end their daily struggle.

When contacted regarding the issue, MLA Sopore assured that the project is a priority, stating We will complete this project within the plans of this year only.
