Jammu and Kashmir Handicapped Association strongly condemns the terrorist attack on former Chief Minister and National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and appeals to all security agencies to get to the root of this attack and see if any foreign miscreants are involved in it. This attack should not be considered less than a terrorist attack.
