Elderly female came with complaint of ruptured basilar top aneurysm, incorporating left PCA and left superior cerebellar artery.

Stent assisted coiling was done and patient discharged without any neuro-deficit saving both superior cerebellar and left PCA.

AV fistuloplasty:

AV fistula is a lifeline for any CKD patient on dialysis. When it goes down acutely, fistuloplasty is an answer in majority of patient and if doesn't open patient end up into vicious circle of new fistula and lines.
