GST Council in it's 20th meeting held on 5th August has allowed GTA to register in GST and take ITC, subject to the GTA charging 12% to it's customers.
This has added more confusion for the moment as GTAs we're struggling to clear their issues about RCM and now will have to understand the other rules of GST.
