Thread of India – Uttar Pradesh

Aongside it, Mukaish glimmers quietly. Dot by dot, shimmer by shimmer, it transforms georgette and chiffon into stardust. Once a subtle accent on royal chikankari, it now graces runways and wardrobes with the same timeless grace.

Travel east to Varanasi, where nature unfolds in silk through Jangla weaving. Here, forests of florals, hunting scenes, and jungle motifs are captured on sarees.
