In service platform OTG units which we selected are in complete black glass body in elevation. So we think about one completely black square geometry achieving to use storage shutters in black bpg glass of same tint as in OTG unit. It looks complete one black square of around 7’ X 7’ size. Remaining storage and loft shutters in white colour to keep it silent. In service platform in elevation, to break massive black square included red niche and service platform within it.

GUEST ROOM
It is a multi functional space which can be converting in to guest bedroom,
home theater room as well as informal seating area. There are sliding–folding louvers door between entrance foyer and guest room which will be open as per need and convert entrance foyer as a part of guest room/multi functional room. Also play with different ambiance as per need it will be dark while watching movie and convert as a home theater room automated screen which can be suspended from ceiling and open it on wardrobe area. It will be hiding in ceiling while it will not in use. There are up down wall washer light creates calm ambiance.

COMMON AREA : There is a long entrance foyer which is giving linearity at the time it was acted as a dead passage. Try to open one side of wall in between passage and home theatre room. So that, passage is using as a entrance foyer as well as it will be act as a part of home theatre room. Wooden adjustable louvered doors are using as a temporary barrier, which gives flexibility to convert entrance foyer as a part of home theatre room. Green wall is provided at the end of passage in living area which acts as a welcoming element. Client Needs Some Of Green Elements In Interior. So That, Try To Incorporate Green As A Basic Element. Main Entry Jali door And Outer Elevation Towards Common Passage Area Are Visually Integrated With Internal Area Like, Living Area And Entrance Foyer Rather Than Design Separately. Use Entrance Foyer As A Movement Guide To Connect All Internal Spaces. Provide Green Wall At The End Of Foyer In Living Area, Which Act As A Welcoming Element.
