Project Surat

Yesterday, we welcomed Tapi river Parikrama participants in Surat who walked from the source of River Tapi, Multai (Madhya Pradesh) to the last stop of Tapi river, Surat (Gujarat) on foot (Approx 900 kms along Tapi bank) in 30 days and will head back to Betul after a short halt in Surat. These 50 pilgrims are from all age groups, mostly senior citizens. This is an inspiration from all youngsters in India to start similar pilgrimage to explore India in an eco-friendly & spiritual way.

Many individuals & organisations welcomed them at Navdi Ovara (Nanpura) & Ambicaniketan ovara and asked them about their source of inspiration and journey's experience. Many people from Surat also expressed their interest in joining Tapi Parikrama Pad-Yatra next year
