We are pleased to share 3D views of our recently handed-over industrial warehouse shed in Mumbai, developed for a marine warehouse facility and designed & detailed by SCON Engineering Services.

Key Highlights:
✅ Building Size: 50m (W) × 90m (L)
✅ Clear Height: 6.5 m
✅ Mezzanine Area: 5,000 sq. ft
✅ Front Canopy: 5 m wide canopy along end walls
✅ Structural Optimisation: Jack beams provided at intermediate columns to increase the usable clear span

The structure has been carefully engineered with a focus on maximum space utilisation, efficient load transfer, and er****on-friendly detailing, ensuring smooth ex*****on and long-term performance.

💻 All detailing services have been carried out using licensed Tekla Structures software, ensuring high accuracy and reliable deliverables as per industry standards.

Thrilled to share details of our latest Pre-Engineered Building project – a state-of-the-art warehouse facility coming up in Mumbai.

📐 Project Specifications:
✅ Total Area: 95,000 sq. ft.
✅ Dimensions: 65m wide x 129m long
✅ Clear Height: 10m
✅ Additional: 5,000 sq. ft. Lean-to Area
✅ Roof Monitor running along the full length for better ventilation & daylight
✅ 3m wide Canopy at the front
✅ Fascia on the Front End Wall for an aesthetic finish
✅ Portal Bracings for intermediate columns
✅ 20% of structure built on RCC for enhanced strength and utility
