Early in my career, I thought praise = progress. But over time, I learned a tougher truth: external validation is unpredictable—and addictive.

Self-doubt isn’t a weakness—it’s often your brain’s response to unclear expectations or subtle workplace dynamics. Instead of judging it, notice it. Then reframe it: "I’m learning, and that’s progress."

🔹 Focus on your strengths.
Rather than obsessing over gaps, track your wins. Keep a private “confidence file” of positive feedback, big and small. Let it speak louder than your inner critic.

🔹 Redefine success.
Stop letting job titles, LinkedIn likes, or quarterly targets define your worth. Align success with your own values—that’s where fulfillment begins.

🔹 Audit your relationships.
Some people drain you. Others spark your growth. It’s not selfish to choose your circle wisely—it’s strategic.
