Position: Web Developer (PHP, Joomla) cm Graphic Designer

Experience: 2-4yrs.
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Mumbai

Must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in PHP, Joomla, HTML 5 and CSS

Skills:
• Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of corporate collaterals including brochures, newsletters, posters, web sites, identity systems and promotional campaigns for print and web.
• Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to create superior, original designs for the web.
• Sound understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them.

Online/Digital Marketing Manager

Job description

• Preparation of marketing strategies, financial forecasts and budgets for gaming products, encompassing product and competition research.
• Should be able to handle and manage clients / projects across multiple Online Marketing Channels.
• Devising and executing our inbound and outbound online marketing campaigns (SEO / SEM / PPC / Social Media / ORM)
• Keyword research/ generation, bid management and text/ creative content management
• Ownership of Rise Solutions’ online marketing plan ex*****on: Organize, develop, execute, track, and analyse metrics to improve brand awareness and lead generation results online
• Developing, defining and optimizing the customer segmentation program
• Developing and enhancing the customer welcome program to ensure that new player attrition is minimized and life time value is maximized
• Developing and managing on-going player promotional activity and optimization of the promotional calendar to maximize player yield and retention levels

• Ambitious attitude and highly productive, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
• Emphasis on SEO with knowledge of on-page and off-page best practice. Further understanding across online marketing channel (PPC, Email, social, ORM, etc.)
• Team player and relationship manager who can work closely with Other Business unit, other functional heads and external partners, etc. Experience running multiple agencies will be appreciated
• Very strong organizational skills, can meet deadlines, organize projects, version control, and comfortable with rapid change and tight deadlines
• The ability to learn quickly, work independently and manage a team
• Proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting and planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
• Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Marketo; experience with social media monitoring tools

Team Lead

The Role:

• The Team Lead is responsible for all customer support agents for the duration of the designated shift.
• As the Team Lead will function as the liaison between the customer support and managers, he/she will be responsible for running the operation smoothly and to troubleshoot any problems that arise on operation.
• Making sure that all necessary reports are prepared and disseminated to the relevant parties (agents, and/or management).
• To organize, assign, track, and follow-up assignments and tasks given to the team by the management and/or licensee.
• To make sure that these assignments and tasks are completed properly in the given time frame, and report back to management and/or licensee
