Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales of bioinformatics software products by effectively presenting features, capabilities, and value propositions to prospective customers
2. Conduct product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and onboarding sessions to support the sales cycle and customer adoption
3. Engage with clients to understand research and analysis requirements, and recommend tailored bioinformatics solutions
4. Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition, implementation, and success
5. Provide post-sales technical support and contribute to customer enablement and training initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or related fields
2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
3. Interest in product support, technical enablement, or customer success roles
4. Fluency in English
5. Immediate joining
