On Generosity of Spirit....
I was envious...yes and I do get envious even now....sometimes. 😊 The 'success' that I have received after learning how to celebrate others' victory has been key to developing the attitude of getting inspired from them.
My 15+ years experience in Psychotherapy and Energy Healing has taught me about the energy flows of different feelings.
Envy is one of the energy draining emotions. It stimulates overthinking and blocks action. We get worse at productivity. Even the flow of energy nurtures the person we envy.😲
On the other side, when you choose to celebrate others' success too, this Generosity of Spirit fuels you up. Actions require fueling.😊
We can manipulate our feelings, if we choose to learn the techniques that expand our being.
Definitely, energy flow matters!

I am an eternal optimist. This doesn't mean I don't feel bad, sad or distressed. It is just like these waves come and go and I stand here celebrating my existence, my life, my breathe, me being alive.
My funda is - There is always a next time, next opportunity and next possibility ready for me. So till the life is there, I take chances and dance upon the tunes of my creations. I continue to celebrate.
Yes! my biggest 'Joy and Bliss' of life is that I am alive. I can have more of everything, just by being here.

Any of the can be solved if there is an to it.
What makes your outlook open?
1. - If in the toughest of times one keeps the senses alert, he gets to explore the possibilities as opportunities.
2. - When you meet and talk with people, the newer clarity helps you navigate through.
3. - When you are keen on learning new things and skills the deadlocks soon become the windows to greater creativity.

In my professional life I get to meet a lot of people those who say that is not ....(God forgive them, they don't know what are they saying 😇😊)
They say that if a thing has to be done, has to be done by hook or crook, then and there. And when things don't turn out the way they had expected they would blame different things and people....funnily.
Their so called 'practicality' has a myopia. It can only see what will work in their favour rest all is out of vision, out of consideration.
Spirituality on the larger side takes care of Self as well as others and present as well as past/future. It is an all encompassing Integrated approach. It is worthy of being called as the most Practicable choice.
What do you think about Practicality and Spirituality?
