Inventory and consumables management
Equipment maintenance coordination
Quality control procedures
Production planning
Compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

*Technical Skills:*
Plant tissue culture techniques
Media preparation and sterilization
Aseptic handling in laminar airflow cabinets
Micropropagation protocols
Callus induction and regeneration
Contamination control and troubleshooting
Acclimatization (hardening) of tissue-cultured plants
Laboratory documentation and record keeping
