Absolutely gluten free butter cookies/ biscuits diabetic friendly, only 1/2 tbs sugar powder.
Made with jowar flour and puffed amaranth powder
Method
Mix 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 tbs sugar powder, 1/2 tsp salt, required carom seeds, jeera and course powder of black pepper.
Whisk all ingredient nicely.
Then add 1 cup jowar flour,1 /2 cup puffed amaranth powder, a pinch of cooking soda and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
Prepare dough.added if required 1to 2 tbs milk.
Make ball , press it slightly.
Bake it moderate temperature for 25 to 30 minutes.
