One-Week Soft Skill Development Training for BBA Final Year Students Begins at RSMT

Rajarshi School of Management & Technology (RSMT), Varanasi commenced a one-week Soft Skill Development Training Program for the BBA Final Year students today. The program aims to enhance students’ professional competencies and prepare them for corporate and managerial roles.

The training, which will run throughout the week, will cover key skill areas including:

Communication Skills

Teamwork & Leadership

Time Management

Professional Etiquette

Interview Preparation & GD Practice

Presentation and Public Speaking Skills

The inaugural session was conducted by experienced trainers and faculty members, who engaged the students through interactive activities and practical demonstrations.

The Director/Principal of RSMT Prof Aman Gupta stated that such initiatives help students improve their confidence, personality, and employability, making them better prepared for future career opportunities.
