لەچوارچێوەی پڕۆژەی زۆزگ و چالاکییەکانی خوێندنی نافەرمی ڕێکخراوی CDO، چالاکییەک بە ناونیشانی «هێزی هەڵبژاردن و دروستکردنی کەسایەتی سەربەخۆ؛ چۆن لە ژێر کاریگەری نەرێنی هاوڕێکان دەربچین» بۆ ٢٢ منداڵ بەڕێوەبرد.

چالاکییەکە بە پرسیارێکی بیرهێنەرەوە دەستی پێکرد؛ پرسیارێک کە منداڵان هاندەدا بیر لەوە بکەنەوە کە هەموو بانگەوازێکی هاوڕێیان شایستەی شوێنکەوتن نییە، و هەندێک هەڵبژاردن دەتوانێت مرۆڤ بخاتە ناو "چاڵێکی قوڵ" لە ژیاندا.

لە گفتوگۆ و چالاکییەکاندا سێ پەیامی سەرەکی باسکرا:
تۆ سەرکردەی خۆتیت؛ کەسایەتی بەهێز ئەوەیە کە بە مێشکی خۆی بیر بکاتەوە و بڕیارە دروستەکان هەڵبژێرێت، نەک ئەوەی تەنها لاسایی کەسانی تر بکاتەوە.
هێزی وتنی "نەخێر"؛ منداڵان فێربوون کە وتنی "نەخێر" بەرامبەر کارە هەڵەکان نیشانەی ئازایەتی و متمانە بە خۆیە، و هەر کەس مافی ئەوەی هەیە سنووری خۆی دیاری بکات.

بایەخی کات و ئامانج؛ گرنگی دروست بەکارهێنانی کات بۆ خوێندن، وەرزش و فێربوونی لێهاتوویی نوێ باسکرا، و هاندان بۆ دوورکەوتنەوە لە ڕەفتارە بێسوودەکان.
لە کۆتایی چالاکییەکەدا، بەم پەیامە کاریگەرە کۆتایی پێهات:

"کەسایەتی تۆ وەک تابلۆیەکی سپی وایە؛ خۆت ڕەنگەکەی هەڵبژێرە و مەهێڵە کەسانی تر بە ئارەزووی خۆیان ڕەنگی بکەن."

هەروەها دوو یاریی پەروەردەیی پەیوەندیدار بە بابەتەکە ئەنجامدران کە بە شێوەیەکی چالاک و خۆش، یارمەتی منداڵاندا پەیامەکانی وانەکە باشتر تێبگەن و لە ژیانی ڕۆژانەیاندا بەکاریبهێنن.

“The Power of Choice: Building an Independent Personality”

As part of the Zozik Project and the Non-Formal Education Program implemented by the Civil Development Organization (CDO), an educational session titled “The Power of Choice and Building an Independent Personality: How to Resist Negative Peer Pressure” was conducted for 22 children.

The session began with a thought-provoking question that encouraged participants to reflect on an important idea: not every invitation or influence from friends deserves to be followed, and some choices can lead people down difficult paths in life.

Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, the children explored three key messages:

* You are the leader of your own life. A strong personality is built by thinking independently, making wise decisions, and choosing what is right instead of simply following others.
* The courage to say “No.” Children learned that refusing harmful or inappropriate behavior is a sign of confidence, self-respect, and personal strength. Everyone has the right to set healthy boundaries and stand by their values.
* Making the most of your time. The session highlighted the importance of investing time in learning, sports, and developing new skills, while encouraging children to avoid habits and behaviors that do not contribute to their personal growth.

The session concluded with a powerful message that left a lasting impression on the participants:

“Your personality is like a blank canvas. You have the power to choose its colors—don’t let others paint it for you.”

To reinforce the lessons in an enjoyable and memorable way, two educational games related to the topic were organized. These activities encouraged active participation and helped the children better understand the key messages while inspiring them to apply what they learned in their daily lives.

These activities are implemented in cooperation with the Sulaimani Directorate of Sports, MRDS, and the Zozik Sports Team.

پڕۆژەی زۆزگ بەردەوامە لە ئەنجامدانی چالاکیەکانی

یەکەی خوێندنی نافەرمی ڕێکخراوی CDO چالاکییەکی پەروەردەیی بۆ ٢٤ منداڵ ئەنجامدا، کە تایبەت بوو بە کۆنتڕۆڵکردنی توڕەیی و ڕێگری لە بڕیاردانی خێرا.

Zozik Project Continues Its Educational Activities for Children

The Non-Formal Education Unit of the Civil Development Organization (CDO) conducted an educational activity for 24 children as part of the Zozik Project, focusing on anger management and avoiding impulsive decision-making.

During the session, children learned that anger is a natural emotion, but that the way it is managed and expressed is what truly matters. They were introduced to practical strategies for handling anger, including the 10-second rule to pause and calm down before reacting, stepping away from stressful situations, and trying to understand the feelings and perspectives of others.

Another part of the activity focused on helping children understand the importance of making thoughtful decisions rather than acting impulsively. Through interactive discussions and exercises, participants learned about the 24-hour rule for important decisions, the value of seeking advice from a trusted and impartial person, and the importance of avoiding major decisions while feeling angry, sad, or overly excited.

The activity concluded with two educational games designed to reinforce the key concepts in an engaging and enjoyable way, with all participants actively taking part.
