حق العامل في الإجازة المرضية
يستحق العامل اجازة مرضية بأجر تام يدفع من صاحب
العمل لمدة (30) ثلاثين يوماً عن كل سنة عمل ، و
يجوز تراكم الاجازات المرضية التي يستحقها العامل
لغاية (180) مئة و ثمانين يوماً
