Project Supervisor – Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and driven Project Supervisor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project ex*****on from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a strong technical background in civil engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of ongoing projects
• Plan, coordinate, and track project progress to ensure timely and successful completion
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and project specifications
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor quality and progress
• Handle project-related emergencies and ensure prompt resolution of issues
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members
• Evaluate staff performance and manage work schedules and timesheets
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure cost control
• Prepare reports, updates, and project documentation for management

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project supervision or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documents
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional attitude and commitment to high-quality standards

Salary:
$800 – $1,200 USD per month, depending on experience and qualifications
