To give someone the cold shoulder : پشتگوێ خستن و ئیهماڵ کردنی کەسیێک بەمەبەست،یان بەساردوسر قسەڵەگەڵ کردنی کەسێک.

examples:
1- I thought she really liked me, but the next day she gave me the cold shoulder.

2- After I got the promotion, a few of my co-workers started giving me the cold shoulder.

An example would be :

Omed was sick a couple weeks ago. We were very worried, but it looks like he is out of the woods now.
