Cihan Group Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:
Position: Accountant
Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq

Duties and responsibilities:
Receive payments from workshops, retail customers, and distributors.
Prepare a daily report summarizing all received payments and submit it to management.
Follow up with customers who have credit accounts, in coordination with the sales team.
Manage the petty cash fund, including recording expenses and submitting monthly summaries.
Request and collect quotations from at least three suppliers for any purchase to ensure competitive pricing.
Record all financial transactions accurately in the company system.
Maintain and update customer account files, including invoices, receipts, and outstanding balances.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to match physical stock movements with financial documents.
Assist in preparing monthly sales and collection reports for the lubricants division.
Support the finance manager in audit preparations and provide required documentation.
Monitor overdue invoices and send reminders to customers.
Process supplier payments after verification and approval.
Ensure all accounting activities follow company policies and internal controls.

Education, Job Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (experience in lubricants, automotive, or FMCG is a plus).
Ability to prepare clear financial reports and communicate them professionally.
Basic communication skills in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
Ability to write emails, prepare reports, and handle basic computer tasks.
Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (AP, AR, cash handling, reconciliation).

Position: Human Resources Officer / Specialist

Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region

Duties and responsibilities:

• Establish the Human Resources Department and develop company policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Design and implement a comprehensive HR system covering: recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
• Develop and execute programs for building and enhancing staff capacities aligned with the insurance sector’s requirements.
• Lead the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Organize and maintain employees’ records and administrative data in a legal and systematic manner.
• Monitor attendance and discipline, and develop effective mechanisms for time management.
• Contribute to designing and enhancing the company’s organizational structure in line with its strategic goals.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations.
• Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits systems, while working to improve the overall work environment.
• Organize conferences and general meetings related to the company’s legal and administrative & marketing affairs.
• Study prevailing wage systems and employment contracts in the local market, and develop a competitive compensation framework.
• Develop and implement compliance and ethical conduct policies, and oversee their monitoring and enforcement.
• Contribute to the company’s efforts in obtaining international accreditation (such as ISO and others) by enhancing quality and compliance standards.

Education, Job Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in the insurance industry or financial/service sectors.
• Proven track record in establishing and developing HR systems and policies.
• Solid knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and related regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative system-building skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish (English is considered an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Working Conditions
