Persia Authentic Nomad Tours

IRANomad is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering Iran’s local (specifically Zagros pastoral) communities and building complementary, sustainable livelihoods through culturally rooted tourism. Founded in spring 2018, IRANomad hopes to reframe seasonal migration (k***h)—the centuries-old movement of pastoralists between summer and winter pastures—as a new, low-impact destination for experiential travel. Grounded in consultations with anthropologists and ethnographers, the venture treats k***h as a living practice whose continuity depends on local agency, fair income, and respectful host–guest relations.
