It has been recommended for preventing of Botox echymosis,By using Arnica Montana Tablets one or two days before a Botox injection

The possible options are:
1) be Patient, it takes time to solve the problem.(neither effect nor side effect are permanent)
2) You may go to use Iopidine ophtalmic Drop( Apraclonidine 0.5%)
3) if you dont have that one you can use Phenylephrine ophtalmic drop( take care about Hypertension, Narrow Angle Galucoma,Cardiac Arrythmia,..)
4) the last alternative treatment is Naphazoline Ophtalmic Drop or Naphazoline+Anthazolin Drop there are different international brands such as Naphco A, opcon A, Vasocon A
( Percautions: Arrythmia, Hypertension, Narrow Angle Glaucoma)
Starting Dose, One or two drop on petotic Eye, if doesnt correct in half an hour one or two more drops and then maintenance therapy :three times per day up to three weeks.There is a risk of Contact Conjuctivitis with Iopdine and Impaired Accomodation with others.
Their Mechanism of Action: by Muller Muscle Contraction.
