اول در مورد اینکه اصلا تربیت مدرس در دنیا چجوری شروع شد و در ایران به چه نحو انجام شده تا الان صحبت خواهم کرد
از موسساتی مثل موسسه ملی، شکوه و کیش و ...  شروع خواهم کرد

بعد سراغ خلاء هایی که امروز وجود داره در این زمینه خواهم رفت؛
چه در برنامه های تربیت مدرس موسسات و
چه در ذهنیت و رویکرد معلم ها به تربیت مدرس و توسعه ی شغلی شون

در آخر کمی در مورد جدیدترین رویکرد و روشی هایی که الان در مراکز آموزشی و مدرسه های پیشرو داره اعمال میشه اطلاعاتی به اشتراک می‌زارم
