In this role, you will provide administrative support to the CEO, managing his business agenda and assisting with a variety of organizational and office-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics and documentation for work-related travel, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. You will also use Microsoft Office tools to prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with proven experience in an administrative role, strong organizational and time-management skills, and excellent communication and report-writing abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, as well as availability to travel when needed for work-related activities.

In this role, you will support the HR Manager across a wide range of HR activities, from managing contracts and onboarding to tracking attendance and assisting employees with day-to-day queries. You will also contribute to ad hoc HR projects and help maintain HR systems and databases.

We’re looking for candidates with previous HR experience (preferred but not essential), fluent English and Italian, strong PC skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a positive, flexible “can-do” attitude. The role also requires the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively within a team, and be willing to travel.

In this role, you will support the Maintenance Manager in managing and verifying technical documentation, planning maintenance activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring proper compliance across all procedures.
