Internet Web Solutions, together with Asociación Arrabal-AID, had the pleasure of meeting Consul Lukianov Volodymyr and Katerina, the person responsible for the Youth Department, at the Ukrainian Consulate in Málaga.
During the meeting, we introduced the Voice project, presenting its mission, objectives, key results, and the free VOICE OER Platform, designed to support inclusion, learning, and professional development for diverse learners, including Ukrainian refugees.
We were delighted by the Consul's strong interest in the project and its potential impact. Meetings like this are essential for raising awareness, creating meaningful collaborations, and ensuring that VOICE reaches more people who can benefit from its resources.
A big thank you to the Ukrainian Consulate in Málaga for the warm welcome and valuable exchange!
From the Adriatic coast comes one of our favourite messages from the Voice project. 💬🇪🇺
“Talent doesn’t disappear when people have to move.”
Thanks to our partner European Platform for International Cohesion for putting it into words so beautifully.

The VOICE project is now in its piloting phase. Across Spain, Italy and Poland, more than 150 people are already taking part. What makes it different is who's in the room.
Most training programmes for refugees are designed with one group in mind. And understandably so. But rather than running sessions exclusively for Ukrainian refugees, we brought Ukrainian participants and local citizens together to learn side by side.
Our 13 modules cover digital skills, employability, entrepreneurship and more - topics relevant to anyone trying to build a future in today's labour market. That's why we designed the piloting phase as a shared learning experience.
The feedback so far has been very encouraging. For many Ukrainian participants, having access to free learning materials in their own language made a real difference.
All 13 modules are free, available in five languages, and open to everyone.

💬 "The modules are very practical and easy to follow, even for people who do not have previous experience in entrepreneurship or digital skills. The social media and digital marketing sections are especially useful because they reflect real trends that young people already use every day."
This came from one of 33 Ukrainian university students who piloted the Voice platform with our partner Arrabal-AID in Spain.
We ask participants for feedback throughout the piloting phase, because understanding what works (and what doesn’t) is an important part of improving the platform. This one stayed with us, because "easy to follow" was exactly what we were aiming for. When we built the 13 modules, we wanted them to feel useful from day one - so it's especially rewarding to hear that from a participant.
The platform is free and open to everyone at 👉 voice-inclusion.eu

Integration is often talked about as something refugees need to do. Learn the language. Find a job. Adapt to a new system. Too often, it falls entirely on one side.
But integration doesn't work that way. And it's not how we built the Voice project.
💬 When we developed our 13 training modules, we made a deliberate choice – to design them not just for Ukrainian refugees, but for the local communities hosting them too. Because integration only works when both sides have the tools to meet each other halfway.
Digital skills, employability, entrepreneurship and soft skills aren't relevant only to refugees. They're the building blocks of participation, opportunity and inclusion for everyone.
All 13 modules are free, available in five languages and open to everyone. No registration required.

Inclusion isn't something you do to people. It's something you build together. 🇪🇺🤝

Meet Olena. 👋
Olena is the multilingual AI assistant integrated into our OER platform at voice-inclusion.eu. Available in real time and completely free, she can help navigate the platform, find relevant training modules, explore career pathways and access learning resources. No registration is required.
Finding the right training shouldn't be complicated. That's what she's there for.
And the name Olena wasn’t chosen by accident.
We didn't call her "Assistant" or "Bot" or give her a generic tech name. We chose Olena – a Ukrainian name – deliberately. Because the Voice platform was built for people, not users. And the tools within it should reflect that.
It's a small detail, but details matter when you're building something that's meant to feel accessible and human to those who have already navigated enough systems that didn't feel built for them.
If you haven't explored the platform yet, Olena is waiting.

As part of the Voice project, Internet Web Solutions delivered a training session for a group of young participants at IMO, focusing on digital skills, entrepreneurship, and employability.
During the training, IWS explored several VOICE modules, including:
🔹 Job Offers on Social Media
🔹 Digital Communication: How to Use Digital Communication to Boost Your Business
🔹 Your Growth Partners: Startup Support & Smart Social Media Use
🔹 Build Your Digital Presence: Website & Online Marketing Basics
Participants learned how to use social media effectively to search for job opportunities, expand their professional networks, and strengthen their personal brand. We also discussed the importance of digital communication for businesses, exploring practical strategies to engage audiences and increase online visibility.
The session introduced young people to the support available for aspiring entrepreneurs, highlighting how smart use of social media can contribute to business growth. In addition, participants gained a better understanding of the fundamentals of websites and online marketing, essential tools for establishing a strong digital presence in today’s competitive environment.
It was a highly interactive and engaging session, equipping young people with valuable knowledge and practical skills to support their professional and entrepreneurial journeys.

Internet Web Solutions recently delivered a VOICE training session for a group of young people at the Casa de la Juventud in Alhaurín de la Torre.
During the workshop, we tested two of the VOICE training modules: "Job Offers on Social Media" and "Interacting Through Digital Technologies", both highly relevant and useful for our target group.
Participants learned how to create an effective CV that highlights their skills and experience, how to use social media platforms strategically for networking and job searching, and how to build a professional online presence.
IWS also explored key cybersecurity concepts, helping young people understand how to stay safe while browsing the internet, protect their personal data, and recognize potential online risks.
These skills are essential for navigating today's digital world and improving employment opportunities for young people.

Internet Web Solutions had the pleasure of presenting the VOICE project during a recent institutional meeting with Alberto Rojo at the Congreso de los Diputados.
The meeting was a valuable opportunity to showcase VOICE’s objectives, activities, results, and its digital learning resources supporting the social and professional inclusion of Ukrainian refugees across Europe.
We were pleased to see strong interest from Deputy Rojo, who engaged actively in discussing the project’s implementation, training materials, and overall impact, while also providing useful suggestions to strengthen dissemination and visibility at institutional level.
We are grateful for the opportunity to present VOICE and to share the wider work we are carrying out in European cooperation projects focused on inclusion, education, and digital innovation.
A meaningful exchange that reinforces the importance of collaboration between European projects and policymakers.

It sounds simple, but coordinating across Poland, Spain, Italy and Belgium, with different languages, different systems, different approaches, is its own kind of lesson in inclusion. So what does it actually take to build something useful for Ukrainian refugees across Europe?
Turns out, a lot of different perspectives.
And that's just the beginning. The next phase of the VOICE project will bring Ukrainian refugees and local citizens together in mixed groups to learn side by side. Why mixed groups? Because integration works both ways.
Honestly, this is the phase we've been looking forward to the most. Different voices working toward a shared goal.
