🌍✨ Day 4 of the PROBEN Project: Lost and Found – A Wellbeing Journey through Global Mobility

Today, participants explored the meaning of wellbeing in the context of international mobility and intercultural experiences. Through collaborative discussions and project design activities, students reflected on the barriers international students face and proposed innovative solutions to reduce culture shock, strengthen belonging, and improve wellbeing within university communities.

💡 Working in teams, participants developed projects focused on:
• Reducing stress during cultural transitions
• Creating inclusive support systems
• Promoting intercultural understanding and connection
• Enhancing the sense of belonging for international students
