Dopo poche settimane, le forme arrivano nelle nostre celle a Campo Sasso, dove le affiniamo con grande cura per 4–5 mesi, seguendo lentamente ogni fase della maturazione.
Il risultato? Un formaggio intenso, cremoso, elegante… e decisamente indimenticabile. 🧀✨

After just a few weeks, the wheels arrive in our aging cellar at Campo Sasso, where we carefully mature each one for 4–5 months, following every stage of its development with patience and care.
The result? An intense, creamy and elegant cheese… absolutely unforgettable. 🧀✨
