Also this year, the Geolab - Laboratorio di Geomatica DAGRI UNIFI is participating in the EGU General Assembly in Vienna with several contributions focused on the role of forests in climate change mitigation.

We presented research covering:

💻 innovation and digitalization in European forestry
🌳 tree stability monitoring using low-cost sensors

An interdisciplinary effort combining geomatics, modelling, ecology, and socio-economic sciences to develop science-based solutions for more resilient and sustainable forests.
