The alien got tired of our programs.
It crossed the screen with the remote clenched in its hand, and now it’s pointing it at us.
Inside, nothing ever changes: just war, lies, and silence.
On the antenna, a flag still waves, the signal of resistance stays on, even when the world looks away.

Its body starts to melt, but its message doesn’t.
Maybe that’s what freedom looks like fragile, messy, alive.
It left the screen because it couldn’t stand the noise anymore.
He points the remote, but this time we’re the ones being watched.

It pauses for a moment, then asks:
“Whose side are you on?”
